Zoo Summer Camps

Summer Camps provide children (ages 5–13) the opportunity to spend the summer outside at the zoo learning about animals, zoos, and wildlife conservation. Activities include animal presentations, games, crafts, stories, and more! There is something for every child. Advanced registration required. Registration ends one week before the start date of camp!

Bug Safari (Ages 5–13)
Explore the creepy, crawly as we investigate the fascinating world of bugs. Why these small segmented creatures are important to all ecosystems and the cool adaptations they have to help them survive.

Stages of Life (Ages 5–13)
From birth to death animals go through a variety of extraordinary changes in each stage of life. During this camp we will explore them all while experiencing live animal encounters.

Idaho Ecosystems (Ages 5–13)
Each day we will explore a different ecosystem found in Idaho and learn about the unique animals and plants that life there. Participate in fun science experiments and live animal encounters.
