The city of Pocatello is named in honour of Chief Pocatello. Originally sculpted by the local artist J.D Adcox in 2011.  This beautiful statue sits at the Pocatello Visitor’s Center and it has been said that you might see the chief smiling as you take a selfie with the chief to share with your friends on social media. The Chief Pocatello statue shares the attention of travellers to come to the Pocatello Visitor Center with the Rotary International Rose garden. This lovely garden features walking paths for easy viewing and is sponsored by Rotary International.
